Over the course of his career, Pardeep has worked for a blend of large corporates and smaller “boutique” recruitment businesses and has most recently operated in a people leadership capacity. He prides himself on his focus on the delivery of quality staffing solutions to clients and candidates alike and his consultative approach to his relationships.

For the last several years, Pardeep has facilitated a roundtable series with the purpose of allowing senior professionals to discuss common themes affecting them and their organisations. Having experience in a wide range of industry and sectors has given Pardeep the expertise to run these roundtable events in both the UK and Australia.

He is also a noted speaker on topics including client acquisition, staffing trends, and internal people leadership. In his spare time, Pardeep enjoys community activities and regularly joins cycling and tennis events in his local area.
