Full Charge Bookkeeper
Our client is a prestigious, well-established company in the Construction / Manufacturing industry and is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team.
The ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 - 7 years of construction / manufacturing / job costing experience a must!

Responsibilities Include:
- Calculate and process payroll, reviewing data for accuracy and inputting in QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions
- Accurately input and manage A/P, A/R & G/L accounts
- Prepare and review financial reports and Excel spreadsheets with company President
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial documentation for outside CPA firm including all Job Schedules
- Manage employment records and maintain all employee documentation
- Manage employee contributions for 401(k) and health plans
- Work closely with Management regarding profitability reporting, account analysis and projections
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper
- Previous construction / manufacturing / job costing experience is a MUST
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Excel and be a quick learner – software savvy
- Analytical / data-driven mindset and attention to detail
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and must be capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent written and communication skills
