Our client a well-funded NFP entity is seeking a CFO to be an integral part of the Senior Management team. You will be part of a dynamic environment that has vast opportunity to grow. You will be responsible for directing teams in the areas of Accounting, Facilities and Technology. You will also be chartered with establishing policy and procedures for the entity.
Responsibilities include
- Oversee and evaluate Financial Operations, including annual audits, vendor management, general accounting, portfolio management and process and procedures.
- Work with executive management to develop and advise BOD and Finance committees on key financial goals and objectives.
- Maintain cash management system
- Direct HR management on policies, review process, hiring and orientation, training, benefits management.
- Develop strategies for Risk Management and internal and operational controls
- Manage real estate portfolio and facilities.
- Create and execute vision with Senior Management to enable growth
Required
- MBA or advanced degree
- Minimum 10 years management experience
- Strong system knowledge
- Experience with HR and Benefits
- CPA strongly preferred
