PM Human Capital Solutions are working with an exciting and high growth accountancy firm that is forward thinking and ambitious to the extent they want to become a top 100 firm over the next few years.
They have offices in Central and North West London and employee circa 40 professionals, they offer, accounting, tax, audit, advisory, payroll, bookkeeping, wealth management and company secretarial services to their clients.
Due to their ambitious plans of growth they are looking to appoint a Senior Sales Manager / Director, who can help drive the business forward as they offer more services to their clients and continue actively seeking mergers and acquisitions.
Some of your duties will include:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Setup the up the sales process and systems using industry recognised tools, including CRM
- Train, mentor and manage a team of relationship/account managers
- Draft creative solutions oriented proposals, internal documents and formal RFP documents working with the technical team as well as the marketing department
- Support the development of flexible and standardised pricing models across services lines
- Database maintenance and management of the sales pipeline
- Monthly communication and presentation of results against targets
- Understand and report on industry specific landscapes and trends
- Build on own and group’s excellent network to drive the revenue growth
- Work with the outsourced Marketing function to develop hot and cold sales leads
To be considered for this role you will have extensive experience in a senior sales roles preferably from the financial services / wealth management sector. You will have the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong, pro-active interaction and relationship with the business and wider group. Understands and develops relationships with key decision makers within the group businesses. Knowledge of Accounting Firms and Outsourced agreements particularly advantageous.
