PM Human Capital Solutions are currently looking for an interim CFO, working for a rapidly expanding fin-tech business that provides financial products to personal and business customers.

Working in trendy offices in the west end of London, the business has grown over the last couple of years and recently secured significant funding from private investors.

Reporting into the CEO and co-founder this is a multi-faceted role to provide governance for the business but also help with business strategy and growth.

The current finance function is mainly outsourced, one of your key responsibilities will be to bring this in-house and create a robust finance function overtime.

Some of your duties will include:

Capital management and planning, budgetary controls and processes, financial risk assessment and planning, year-end financial statements and tax reporting process.

You will also be responsible for Investor relations, due diligence and board presentations.

To be considered for this role you will ideally hold a degree in finance, accounting, statistics or mathematics.

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification essential

Prior experience in a senior finance position essential along with experience of business strategy and growth

Previous experience of building a finance function also highly desirable

You will have excellent internal and external stakeholder engagement skills.
