Assistant Controller - Manufacturing (deemed essential)

This industry leader is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Controller.  During the most challenging times economically they have experienced record growth.

The Assistant Controller will be responsible for providing financial and business analysis support for the Company. The role will handle financial reporting and analysis activities for the company.  The role requires a highly motivated and result-oriented individual with strong analytical skills.

• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Perform a variety of accounting and finance duties including reconciliations,      financial analysis and budgeting
• Manage the GL monthly closing process
• Cash Management
• Support CFO with oversight of accounting functions
• Bank Reporting
• Oversee Payroll 

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• 5+ years of  accounting experience in a manfacturing and/or distribution environment

• Excellent computer skills
