- Description
The Assistance Controller will be responsible for providing financial and business analysis support for the Company. The role will handle financial forecasting and analysis activities for the division while partnering with IT and other Accounting divisions to provide a high level of support. The role requires a highly motivated and result-oriented individual with strong analytical skills.
- Review operation and construction budgets
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Perform a variety of accounting and finance duties including reconciliations, financial analysis and budgeting
- Manage the GL monthly closing process
- Support Controller with oversight of accounting functions
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- 5+ years of construction accounting experience
- Proficiency with Word and Excel
